To take advantage of your experience with XAMS, we charge no fees to the client. We charge the repairer the fees for the recovery unless your vehicle is a total loss. If your repairer’s quote exceeds the value of the car, your vehicle will be deemed a total loss.

At XAMS, we understand from personal experience that dealing with insurance companies, it can be annoying and a nuisance. If insurance companies must pay to repair your vehicle, they will refer you to one of their partnered or preferred car repairers.
Whilst this is necessarily not a problem nor an issue, the corresponding repairer is usually under contract with the insurance company to repair your vehicle at minimal cost.
